I guess my irregularity in updating my blog kinda goes to show how busy I've been. Anyway, school's started, and while I can anticipate that Anatomy and Physiology are just going to end up as sheer memory work, PPDA is another thing altogether. It's more of an application of things we learn, so I can read (though I certainly don't) the notes a hundred times and still gets stumped when I see the tutorial questions. Despite that, we don't get a lot of exercises and tutorials to practise, and even when we do the answers come rather late so we are left to guess whether our answers are correct :x
Enough about work though. Met up with ZY and Ash for what was our last supper together in the near future at 85 market. I can't remember which day it was - I think it was Wednesday on the 19th. Yeah, I've lost track of the days somehow. Zuo Yi flew off on the 22nd, and Ashvin on the 26th. Which kind of explains why I was watching Man Utd vs. Arsenal alone yesterday night =p
Went to Sentosa with my classmates on the 22nd, in the morning. We played plenty of volleyball, and about maybe five minutes of Captain's Ball before dashing for the bus. Unfortunately I had to leave after lunch (which was as Sakae Teppenyaki). Anyway the reason I left was to go for a soccer match, this time at Bedok North Sec. It was our first match in I think about a month, so there was understandably some lack of match fitness. I think I didn't play well, missing a really great chance and fluffing some passes. Hopefully I can get my form back soon. Looking forward to double-digits goals ;o
Went cycling at ECP on Sunday the 23rd to celebrate PX's birthday. We got her a Puma bag, which we passed off as a monopoly set (not sure if she was gullible or whether she was just playing along). It started to drizzle while we were cycling, but I guess it made for cool weather so I wouldn't really complain haha. Went to Bugis after that for our team dinner, which was organised to send off Kelvin and Si Hien, who were going overseas to study as well.
