I'm finally out of OP, and am currently working on a some projects. While I do like OP a lot (it's a fun place despite the fast pace! And that rhymes!), I want to gain more exposure as well. Maybe the fact that we'll still be going to OP to help when the need arises (which can be very often, actually) means that I can have the best of both worlds.

Anyway, I helped break up a brawl at a coffee shop today. It was pretty drama. Yu Heng and I were having our (lol fried rice) lunch when there was a loud crash which alerted us to the fight... or rather it seemed one guy was beating up the other. The crash was the sound of a laundry rack being knocked over at the (I believe) hair salon, outside which the fight was taking place. We got a little worried and were considering calling the police, but that was naturally gonna be too slow.

That was when I went forward and...





Just kidding. It wasn't anything that dramatic. Basically I intervened with two other men who were having lunch at the coffee shop at that time, grabbing the man who was raining blows on the other guy who was already on the ground and was bleeding from somewhere around his right eye. Funny thing was the well-dressed man was the one beating up the guy who looked more uncouth. Of course maybe the uncouth looking man was deserving of a beating, but hey that's not my business (:

So that was my feel-good factor of the day haha.
