Go, Pikachu!



I sort of forgot to mention the things I did on the last day of 2008 heh. I had dinner with Zuo Yi, Zirui, Bryant, Timothy, Eliza and Michelle at Cafe Iguana at Clarke Quay. The margaritas were really excellent, so too bad for I-do-not-drink-on-an-empty-stomach Bryant, who gets drunk even if his stomach was full anyway =p

After dinner we went to Zirca for countdown. There were performers in ridiculous costumes but they were nonetheless entertaining, with the guys in the white and black tellytubby-meets-zebra costumes being the most fun to watch. I'm not much of a clubber though, and I have two left feet, both amputated, so there wasn't much dancing involved on my part (:
Besides, the music started off being kinda horrendous, and only started to get better after midnight.

With that, have fun in 2009 everyone. Don't worry about the ailing economy, your studies, new ERP gantries, failed creature taming, or whatever's you think 2009 is gonna bother you about. Just live in the moment, because 2009 is nothing but another 12 months to 2010 ;o
