Messaged Andrew today heh. It's probably the first time I've heard from him since he ORD-ed in June. Anyway I was asking him whether I needed to get certain stationery for AESC lol. He just got back from KL and is starting school tomorrow heh. Oh man in three months' time I'll be a free man like him lol. But first, Thailand and AESC awaits. Hopefully I do as well as him for AESC. Mr Second Bayonet got best NSF for the course ;o

Had our first Scouts meeting in eons today, with Zuo Yi, Kai Xiang, Enci, Noga and Jun Le in attendance. We discussed several things, including the upcoming National Patrol Camp in November. We happened to chance upon several old photos of National Pioneering Competition 2003 in Noga's computer, and had fun identifying people in photos. I still look tall and thin now compared to then I guess, whereas Ying Hui is no longer wearing baggy FBTs ;o

Man I miss pioneering. Oh, pioneering is building structures from wooden poles, to put it simply. Here's a sketch of one basic structure we used to build: the hourglass.
