I've been having this premonition for a while, and it grew stronger during the past week, and now the thing I thought I'll never do, the single one thing I wanted to avoid the most, something I hoped would never happened, happened. I hurt you. The guilt is there to stay indefinitely now. Thanks for forgiving me - I can never apologise enough. Maybe a little time would indeed do us good, much as I cannot get myself to admit it.
