And so Singapore's most wanted man has got me fully occupied in recent times, weekends and all. I won't go into details, but Thurday's Straits Times, specifically H11, starring yours truly using binoculars, might give some clues. K I shall not talk about that either; the article is kinda unfortunate ;(

To make life worse my CPU's fan got fried or something, causing the computer to auto-shutdown all the time. The exact error message I get (when I start up the computer) is "CPU fan not working, press F2 to boot, or auto-shutdown in 5 seconds". So if anyone has a clue how to fix that (though I suspect simply changing the CPU's fan would do), please let me know. I've already tried cleaning the interior of the CPU, by the way =/
