An entire week of parade rehearsals and the actual 3rd Division Change of Command Parade later, we're all left with uneven tans - darker from mid-forehead down due to the beret covering half the forehead, darker on all regions of the face save around the eyes due to my spectacles, darker from biceps up due to our smart No. 4 uniform attires =/

I went for what was supposed to be a platoon outing yesterday, but the number of people present was barely a section size. Wai Houng, Zheng Jiang, Yun Long (aka Ah Pui), Lei Lei (whose birthday we were celebrating) as well as our former Platoon Commander, Benson, were present. First we had lunch at Taka's Seoul Garden, which was unfortunately filled with many many noisy children, during which we gossiped with PC about in-camp stuff, with topics ranging from our platoon's other pioneers to our PS to our new PCs (and all the way up the rank hierarchy). After we had gorged ourselves full we proceeded to play Counterstrike, a good ol' way for boys to bond as we laughed at one another's attempts to knife others, cursed and screamed at the shotgun wielding Ah Jiang while playing pool_day, and... well you get it.

Oh, and I started accepting friend requests on FaceBook, but aside from that my account is still woefully empty. I still don't dig FaceBook and its kazillion applications, I guess.
