Short week in camp due to the release of the A level results... well, short in terms of the number of days. Friday and Saturday's programmes were packed into the few days that we had, and as a result it was really hectic for us. 16km route march, Basic Assault Course, Grenade Assault Course, etc. I found it funny how they made us wear our Goretex (aka raincoat for recruits) to the GAC Grounds just so we can take off the Goretex and go into the rain for the course. As a result of the heavy rain, instead of crawling in the sand pit, we swam in a mud-water-pool.

Anyway the A level results were out yesterday. Somehow I was in a disoriented mode all day, and even when I found out that I obtained 4As, 2 S paper distinctions and an A1 in GP I was only feeling satisfied, but not jumping for joy or whatsoever. Even when I was going up on stage to get my results slip from Mrs Chan I was a little stoned. After settling all the stuff in school, talking to old friends and all, we went to Suntec to roam little before the class split into two groups for dinner. Had Seoul Garden (oh noes, not again) for dinner. It felt nice to sit down with them and have dinner together without any worries, but at the same time I felt somewhat apart from the rest of them. It's merely been a few weeks in the sunny island resort known as Pulau Tekong, but it's enough for me to feel like I've drifted apart from my friends.

Booking in tomorrow night. Drill comp, final IPPT test, Grenade Live Throw, 24km graduation route march... they all await. And what about application for Uni? Still kinda undecided... my life is too hectic at the moment.

Flying along, and I
Feel like I don't belong and I,
Can't tell right from the wrong, why,
Have I been here so long?
