Watched Death Note 2 with HY, QH and Lindy last night at Vivo. As usual, we got lost around a bit, and had to ask to find our way to Long John's =p
Collage!
So we entered the cinema wondering how 9 comic books are going to be compressed into a single movie. The movie started off with a familiar tone, with the content still roughly comparable to the books' and the music from the first movie being used again. L continues with his severely diabetic diet, Light continues to have that maniacal look in his eyes, and Misa is... kawaii ^^;

Fast forward about two hours, and the twist arrives near the ending. I'm glad they made it quite different from the books, and it's actually quite a smart moves, for it'll be less appealing to watch if it stuck too closely to the actual content.

However, is this really the last movie? What does Light want to show Ryuk, what did Misa forget, and why is Ryuk laughing to himself at the end like the crazy shinigami he is?

Packed my "school bag" earlier, in preparation for "school" tomorrow. Yeah, it's Pulau Tekong Besar Basic Military Training Center School 2, but a school nonetheless ;o
Hope NS goes well!

Dinner later with the usual gang. It's gonna be one fabulous meeting from which I'll derive enjoyment to last me till the 27th =)
